Return Eligibility
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged or compromised during transit.

Your package did not arrive within the estimated delivery window (based on tracking confirmation).
Note: We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns.
Refund Policy
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

Your product was never delivered, and tracking confirms non-delivery.

You received an incorrect or defective product, and proof is provided within 72 hours of delivery.

Your order was cancelled before it was processed or shipped.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once approved and will be returned to the original payment method.
Replacements
If your order qualifies for a return due to damage, loss, or error on our part, we may offer a replacement shipment at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Proof Required
To process a return or refund, please provide:

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

Inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.

Delay caused by customs or external shipping carriers.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, cancellations may not be possible.
