I can’t really say which one of the 3 is the best, but I must say my mood has drastically changed since taking capsule # 1. I’m on the Fadiman Approach (1 microdose every 3 days) and so far so good. Don’t be scared to try it, but take it one step at a time and do some research on microdosing and how you could incorporate it to your life. Enjoy!
